This book grew out of everyday cooking on small kitchens and from observing how breakfast shapes the beginning of the day. From simple products, repetitive morning gestures, and basic kitchen logic.

The work on the book stretched over several seasons and included photographing, testing, and reworking the recipes. As a result, it became a compact book one can return to daily - not as an object "for the shelf," but as part of everyday life.

The breakfasts here exist in real time and in limited spaces - without demonstrative gestures and without decoration.
