Returning goods to e-buyersectroninin the physical and in store Phono.Shop

 

The buyer (natural person) has the right to return the goods in the online or physical shop www.phono.shop by notifying the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of acceptance of the goods and by sending the goods to the Seller immediately from the date of the notification, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania 6.228-10 p.)

 

Once we have confirmed that your return meets the return requirements, we will transfer the money paid to your bank account within 14 (fourteen) days.

 

Vinyl records, gift vouchers, audiocassettes, books, printed products, artwork, prints, record care products, turntable needles and heads cannot be returned.

 

In the event that the reason for returning a product for refund is faulty quality, the seller undertakes to provide a guarantee service for the product you have purchased or to refund the money you have paid for the product, in accordance with the rules laid down in the contract.

 

Purchased goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No.697 of 11 June 2001 (Resolution No.738 of 22 July 2014).

The following conditions must be met when returning quality goods:

 

1. To return an item, you must first notify the seller by email phono@phono.lt, by filling out the return form, mailing it, or dropping it off.

2. When returning an item, you must provide proof of purchase (a VAT invoice).

3. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging (all original packaging components—plastic parts, foam parts, cardboard parts; the packaging must not be covered with hair or marked with writing).

4. The item must be unused by the Buyer, undamaged, and in its original condition (labels intact, protective film not removed, all original packaging elements must be preserved and undamaged—plastic parts, protective packaging elements, cardboard parts; the packaging must not be covered with hair or marked with writing).

5. The returned item must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received it (including any gifts associated with the order, if any were received).

 

The Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the returned goods or their packaging is damaged, the goods have lost their merchantable appearance (damaged labels, protective films, etc.), the goods have been used or are of a different composition than the one purchased by the Buyer, gifts, accessories or add-ons that were handed over to the Buyer with the goods are not returned. In this case, a refund may be made in proportion to the damage caused or an exchange may be made for another product of the same category from the phono.shop product range.

 

The Buyer is responsible for the shipping/delivery costs of returned items. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is complete. If the returned item is incomplete and/or the gifts received by the Buyer with the order are not returned along with it, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned item.

 

The rules on the exchange and return of goods have been drawn up and approved in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania, in cooperation with the European Consumer Rights Centre in Lithuania.
