Please contact the Phono team with your order number and a description of the problem—you will be offered a warranty repair, a replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Do I need any additional equipment to use the record player?

It depends on the model. Most of the turntables in our selection come with a phono preamp, so an external amplifier isn’t necessary—the turntable works directly with powered speakers. These turntable models are also compatible with passive audio systems that include an amplifier. In addition, we offer turntable sets that come with speakers, so you won’t need to purchase a separate audio system.

Can I come by and listen to the record player before I buy it?

At our studio in Vilnius, you can try out some of the turntables or audio systems currently on display before making a decision.

Our selection includes both new and used CDs. Used CDs are marked separately, along with additional information about the recording.

Can I order a disc that is not currently in stock?

Yes, our selection isn’t huge, but it’s constantly changing, and if needed, we’ll be happy to order or find the recording you need. You can send us such requests by email, ask us in person at the Studio, or reach out to us on social media. Custom orders may take some time, depending on the recording.

What does the abbreviation "LP/EP" on records mean?

LP (Long Play) refers to a full-length album, usually 12 inches in size, that plays at a speed of 33⅓ revolutions per minute. EP (Extended Play) refers to a shorter release—more than one track (single) but less than a full album—and can be played at either 33⅓ or 45 revolutions per minute.

How should you care for the tiles?

Before each listening session, clean the disc with an antistatic brush to remove dust and static electricity. Hold the record only by the edge and the label to prevent finger oils from getting on the grooves. Store records vertically, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If the record hasn’t been cleaned in a long time or was purchased used, it’s worth giving it a deeper clean with a special vinyl cleaner.
