Godo Yorke - Thunderstorm

Perkūnija is the second album by Godo Yorke, filled with archaic power, feminine tenderness and Lithuanian nature mythology. The music is a journey through art, baroque-pop and ambient music spaces, where poetry merges with a shamanic aura.

This is the first physical edition of Godot, published in 2025 in a limited edition. The cover art is by Miglė Kirklytė and the sound world architects are Goda Sasnauskaitė, Aurimas Vilkišius and Pedro Joaquim Borges.

This album was born out of the need to look at archaic Lithuanianness, to listen to the voices of nature and to speak without masks - openly, directly, feminine.
